How do we book?

You can visit the booking link to find an appointment time most convenient for you. We do require a $50 non-refundable retainer for your session that goes toward the balance of your session fee. This is forfeited in the event you have to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your shoot, or if you do not show up for your session. The retainer is non-refundable for all cancellations. Your session can only be rescheduled once.


How many images are included?

What does “Retouching” mean?

All proofed images are edited for color balance, exposure correction, sharpness, etc. A retouched image, however, will receive much more. Retouching includes blemish removal, wrinkle reducing, skin tone balancing, teeth whitening, fly away hair removal, and any other specifically communicated requests by the client.


How many outfits do I get?

We ask that you come dressed and ready for your Basic Headshot session appointment, which includes 1 outfit (look). Personal Branding includes 3 outfits. For actor sessions, your outfits depends on which session you choose based on “looks”.


What is considered a “Look”?

Looks are basically outfit changes. Adding or removing a jacket, scarf, accessories like glasses or a hat does not count as a look. It is encouraged to do these for actors sessions to get a quick modified change to add variety to a look.


How long til I get my images?

Each session description on the page includes the turnaround time for images which are emailed via a private online gallery, email or WeTransfer.


Is a makeup artist required?

No. Though we highly encourage you to book our makeup artist for your shoot so the quality is across the board. Our artists are here to create a look that is you that highlights your best features.


Can I have my own makeup artist?

You absolutely can, but the artist must service you at another location than the studio. Your makeup artist is welcome to be at the studio during your shoot for touch ups and/or makeup/hair changes.


Can you match another headshot or match specific requirements?

If you have a headshot you need to match or have very specific requirements (such as a particular background color), please email us first with an example or explanation so we can confirm if we can match it or not. Most of the time we can, but there are rare cases we cannot, and we’d rather refer you to another studio/photographer who can match your needs.


What happens after my shoot?

Following your shoot we do our best to turn around the images as quickly as we can. Each service has a specific turnaround time listed on their pages. When your images are ready, you will receive an email from the studio that will either include your images attached to the email, a link to your online private gallery, or a WeTransfer link for larger files. If you do have any questions or concerns following the delivery of your images, please reach out to us via email so we can address that quickly for you. Especially with regards to retouching, if there is anything further you’d like done or corrected. The sooner you can reach out to us the better, as we do archive the image files from our hard drives after 30 days.


Do you have any specials?

We do not run any specials regularly. The best way to find out when we are running a special is to follow us on our social media (facebook, ig) and turn on notifications for when we post.


Is there a changing room in the studio?

Yes, there is a dressing room area, and also a spacious bathroom for changing your clothes.


What should I wear?

Video coming soon on this… But our best advice is to take a look at the photos already on our site and get a feel for the looks that stand out to you. Wear colors and outfits that make you feel confident.
